An Auckland photographer with London experience
I’m Rowan Freeman, the photographer behind Life in Style. Before returning home to Auckland, I spent seven years in London building my experience across headshots, portraits, fitness and lifestyle photography, including contributing imagery to Getty Images.
Today I photograph people, couples and brands across Auckland. I combine thoughtful planning, confident lighting and clear, easy direction to create polished images without the stiff, performative feeling. You don’t need to know how to pose, I’ll guide you through it.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually at a gig, keeping active or browsing camera equipment I definitely don’t need.

FAQ
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. If you need a different mix of shooting time, outfits or finished images, tell me what you have in mind. We’ll put together a package around your goals, with pricing agreed before you book.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally, get in touch four to ten days before your preferred session date. This gives us time to plan your looks and arrange a location or styling if needed. Have a last-minute request? Enquire and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Your finished photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery within 10 business days of confirming your image selection (2 weeks). If you’re working towards a deadline, priority delivery within two business days may be available for an additional fee when arranged before your session.
Do you offer albums or prints?
My boudoir and branding packages focus on digital images for your website, profiles and promotional content. If you’re interested in an album or prints, mention this when enquiring so we can discuss what’s possible and confirm any additional costs.
